I am an artist whose textile work embeds heritage within contemporary. A realm where traditional techniques and processes blend with the energy and language of abstract mark-making.

Guided by a palette of traditional couture embroidery techniques, stitches, and processes. My artistry thrives on the fusion of the old and the new, where history speaks to the future to create pieces that occupy this space.

The foundation of my work is the rhythm of couture-level embellishment and embroidery. Each piece is a canvas where my marks find a voice through meticulous stitches and surface manipulation.

Reuse and Reimagine have always been part of my artistic ethos. I work with deadstock fabrics, discarded offcuts and haberdashery from the worlds of theatre, dance, and film. My pieces are a testament to the history of repurposing and reimagining discarded textiles.

Drawing inspiration from the juxtaposition of urban architecture and nature's sublime beauty thriving side by side. With every mark made with thread, bead or sequin, I create micro-intricate narratives that I invite you to explore.
